- Authors (Mater student/ PhD Candidate): 100 USD/ paper
- Authors (Student): 50 USD/ paper
- From Sponsoring Institutions: 50% of Registration fee
- Co-authors (in attendance): 75 USD/ person

The registration fee does not include bank transfer or transaction charges. All transfer fees must be borne by the participant.

Terms and conditions
- Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions.
- Confirmation of Registration: registration is accepted when full payment has been received. Once payment has been cleared, you will receive the confirmation via email from the Secretariat Committee.
- Payment policy: any relating bank charges shall be paid by the sender (international payment: kindly use OUR to fill infield 71 A "Details of Charges" on the SWIFT document), otherwise the registration is not accepted until payment is restive in full amount.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Not allowable cancellation and refund.
